UN rights chief urges probe into Russian attack that killed nine children in Ukraine
The UN High Commissioner for Human Rights called on Sunday for an investigation into the Russian attack on the Ukrainian city of Kryvyi Rih which reportedly killed 18 people, including nine children. Source UN News
